For all those who thought Donald Trump could not sink any lower, well, the man just proved you all wrong “bigly.”
The Republican presidential nominee, currently facing a barrage of sexual assault allegations, dismissed the claims made by his latest accuser, an adult film star named Jessica Drake, who came forward over the weekend and accused the media mogul of inappropriate behavior in 2006.
“He flirted with me and he invited me to walk on the golf course along with him, which I did,” Drake, 42, told the press conference, adding the billionaire also grabbed and kissed her. “After I returned to my room, I received a call from a man calling on Donald’s behalf... Donald then asked me, ‘what do you want? How much?”
Trump, unsurprisingly, denied the accusations.
“These are stories that are made up, these are total fiction. You'll find out that, in the years to come, these women that stood up, it was all fiction,” the GOP candidate said during an interview on WGIR radio. “They were made up. I don't know these women, it's not my thing to do what they say. You know I don't do that. I don't grab them, as they say, on the arm.”
Then, in a sickening fashion, he went on to attack Drake’s profession, implying that an adult film actress does not have the right to protest when someone touches her without her consent.
“One said, ‘He grabbed me on the arm,” he continued. “And she's a porn star. You know, this one that came out recently, ‘He grabbed me and he grabbed me on the arm.’ Oh, I'm sure she's never been grabbed before. It's all lies, it's all lies, it was made up. It's like dripping water.”
And people wonder why sexual abuse victims don’t confront their attacker more often.
Drake is the 11th woman to have come forward with claims of Donald Trump’s sexual misconduct in the past week. The sexist White House hopeful has threatened to sue them all if he is elected to the Oval Office.
Trump has also come under fire for the leaked 2005 audio tape where he bragged about grabbing and molesting women, the 1992 video that shows him casually joking about dating a 10-year-old, and the recent “nasty woman” remark about his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton.
Ironically, the last statement came moments after the bigoted demagogue claimed, "Nobody respects women more than me,” during the third presidential debate. (A line that draw derisive laughter from the debate audience, by the way.)
