A group of German thieves stole 11,000 pounds of Nutella. That colossal load of the popular chocolate-hazelnut spread is estimated to be worth $20,710. The nutella was located on one truck, parked at an old train station. Reports did not seem to indicate that the truck itself was stolen (though that could be because no one cares about the truck, just the nutella), so it's likely that the thieves took the time to load all that nutella into a truck of their own.

Previously, German thieves had made off with a similar load of energy drinks.

In unrelated news, tickets are going on sale for the first annual all-night Nutella party in Dusseldorf, featuring Nutella eating contests, Nutella face-painting, Nutella wrestling and free energy drinks for all.
