Israel and the US claim that Iran is planning to make nuclear weapons which has been denied many times by Mahmoud Ahmedinejad , the president of Iran.
The monkey, which is now being regarded by many as the ‘astronaut monkey’, has become a sensation over the internet. Many claim that the monkey looks scared in the photograph which was originally shown on Iran’s state-run news program. The photo is being shared on different social networking sites in which the monkey’s facial expressions have become a topic of interest.
Animals have been sent into space for more than sixty years now including instances of the dogs which were launched by the Soviet Union in 1950s and two monkeys along with ten rats in 1983.
The technology which has been used to send the monkey into space can potentially be used to deliver a nuclear warhead which further emphasizes the technological importance of the event. Reportedly, the monkey went into space came back ‘intact’, which is an accomplishment being celebrated by the Iranians as a major advancement in their missile technology.
