ISIS women take their cooking very seriously, especially pancakes.

They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach – and that’s exactly how the wives of the notorious Islamic State militants hope to win their husbands' affections when they return home tired and hungry from all the fighting and terrorizing.

An ISIS agency known as Al-Zawra, referred to as a “finishing school” for would-be jihadist wives, just posted a step-by-step recipe for making energy and calorie-packed pancakes for exhausted fighters.

The formula includes one egg, four tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of oil, 4 tablespoons of salt, one cup of milk and one cup of flour.

It even suggests serving the prepared breakfast treat with maple syrup and honey.

The new recipe comes almost a month after the jihadist guidelines for making the “balls of date mush” were released – a treat best eaten during an "intermission in battle" with coffee or water, according to the ISIS forum Tribune Media Jihadist.

"They contain significant calories, and will extend the power and strength of the Mujahideen, God willing," the website states.

Aside from encouraging cooking, Al-Zawra also offers classes to prospective militant wives in sewing as well as weapons training.

In its mission statement, the agency explains it is an institution for women who are “interested in explosive belt and suicide bombing more than a white dress or a castle or clothing or furniture.”
