MSNBC host Joe Scarborough has predicted the election results projecting an Obama victory. With all said and done, Scarborough claimed he’s betting on the president’s re-election.
‘I gotta say right now as a practicing politician of twenty years, if I’m betting, I’m betting on the president, because every poll’s lined up for the president.’
Outlining the results from a series of polls, he noted that the close contest favors the incumbent. While analyzing the political dimension of Hurricane Sandy he also said that the disaster froze Mitt Romney’s momentum.
Contributor Mark Halperin also endorsed Scarborough’s election forecast saying, ‘There are plenty of Republicans close to the Romney campaign who are saying, 'if we lose this, it'll be because of the storm.' We'll never know.’
