Known For his social media sense, Newark’s mayor Cory Booker previously generated buzz by offering direct services to the stranded citizens in New Jersey during Superstorm Sandyand now a Twitter trash-talker has been bet by Booker that he could live healthfully on food stamps for a month.
Mayor Booker got into an argument with a Twitter user when he tweeted a bit of ancient Greek wisdom, courtesy of Plutarch.

Booker was accused of plotting to redistribute wealth by User @MWadeNC and was told that :
The debate progressed and by the end of the night Booker had challenged the Twitter user to a contest in which they'd both try to live off of food stamps for a week.
Mayor Booker called in for a referee to make sure that the challenge was upheld. The University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, which is organizing a related challenge for its students, agreed to serve as a moderator.
