Megyn Kelly Confronts Mike Gallagher For Calling Her Maternity Leave “A Racket” (VIDEO)

You don’t disrepute Megyn Kelly’s maternity leave and get away with it, or any metrnity leave for that matter! That is what the American news anchor from Fox News Channel proved while she interviewed Mike Gallagher on her show America Live.

Apparently Megyn Kelly (formerly known as Megyn Kendall) took a 3-month maternity leave when her daughter Yardley Evans Brunt was born this year. During her leave Mike Gallagher, who is a frequent guest on the America Live show had called her leave ‘A Racket.’ Obviously infuriated, Megyn leveled with Mike as she interviewed him yesterday. She played the clip in which he commented on her leave and confronted him. Mike cornered, tried to stand by his comment. But Megyn Kelly out-did him, until he finally accepted and joked that he was drunk! Megyn also very aptly pointed out that how America is the only advanced country that gives ‘unpaid’ maternity leaves. She even thanked her employers at Fox News Channel as they provided her with a ‘paid’ leave for 3-months for adequate bonding and recovery.
