A child abductor and molestor is on the loose in Albuquerque, NM, but not for the efforts of one mother who chased him furiously after the man pulled the woman's daughter into his car. The attempted abduction happened outside an apartment complex. After the abductor pulled the young girl into his car, the girl's mother pursued him in her own vehicle. The man pushed the girl out of his car, but the mother, believing he still had his daughter, pursued the man, causing him to crash his car. The man took off on foot while police searched high and low. At present the abductor is still at large.
"At this point in time it appears to be a complete stranger abduction," Albuquerque PD Chief Ray Schultz said during a news conference. "It appears to be no relation that we've been able to determine from either the mother or any witnesses.
"It appears this time to be a stranger abduction, so that's how we're treating it. That's why such a large amount of resources out here tonight."
The large amount of resources he was referring to were a police force that locked down a twenty block radius looking for the abductor. His description matches that of a man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a girl at the same apartment complex. Anyone in the Albuquerque area, listen to the news broadcast above and keep your eyes out for this creep.
