Nepal Just Got Hit By Another Earthquake

Let's pray that the Nepalese people will get a break soon.

Nepal, Earthquake

Just over two weeks since 8,000 lives were lost in a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Nepal, the country has just been struck by yet another earthquake.

This earthquake registered at a 7.3 on the Richter Scale, and already dozens have been killed.

It is likely that this earthquake was an aftershock of the one that happened on April 25th, but not the only one to have happened or that will continue to happen. There were two other aftershocks after this one of high magnitudes as well.

Nepal, who was devastated by the first major earthquake, has barely had any time to recover before this one hit.

Imagine, being hit by a terrible natural disaster and being lucky to survive, to only have it happen again.

We can only pray for the Nepalese people now and hope that this earthquake will not cause any more damage, and that the death toll won't continue to rise.

Bodies are still being pulled from the rubble of the first earthquake, as more buildings have just been flattened-especially near Mt. Everest where danger can happen fast.

Luckily, there are less tourists visiting Nepal right now especially since the 25th, which hopefully means that there were less people in danger.

There have been many relief efforts in place to help Nepal get back on its feet, but now they can use all the help they can get.
