A new video footage of former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi’s violent death on October has surfaced, allegedly providing a clearer view of how once the strongman of Libya met his end. Activist Sami-al-Hamwi tweeted the link of the video remarking that someone should show the video to Syrian President Bashar al Assad as a reminder of what befell another Middle East dictator.
The footage released earlier shortly after his death showed Gaddafi on his knees, seemingly alive. However, in this one, Gaddafi’s shirtless body appears to be transported by a group of men in the back of a van.
The dictator ruled Libya for more than four decades and was famous in the world for his colorful character and a merciless ruler.
