President Barack Obama in a CBS television interview done jointly with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sidestepped questions about whether Clinton would run for president in 2016.

Interviewer Steve Kroft questioned the Secretary of State that:"I have to ask you, what's the date of expiration on this endorsement?"

"Oh, Steve," Clinton replied to which Krift insisted, "Everyone in this town is talking about it!"

As Clinton chuckled, Obama lightly snubbed the question by saying, "Steve, you guys in the press are incorrigible. I literally got inaugurated four days ago, and you're talking about elections four years from now!"

Clinton further added, "As you know, Steve, I am still secretary of state. So I'm out of politics. And I'm forbidden from even hearing these questions."

President Obama and Clinton spent most of their interview on Sunday praising each other but avoided questions about Clinton’s political intentions.
