Obama Takes Selfie With Pretty Danish PM, Michelle Is Not Amused

Barack and Michelle Obama paid tribute to Nelson Mandela at his memorial in Johannesburg, but the occasion wasn’t entirely solemn. Barack palled around with Danish Prime Minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, much to the chagrin of First Lady Michelle.

Barack and Michelle Obama joined dozens of world leaders to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela at his memorial in Johannesburg, South Africa, but the occasion wasn’t entirely solemn. Barack palled around with Danish Prime Minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, much to the chagrin of First Lady Michelle.

First they took a selfie with British Prime Minister David Cameron. Michelle did not feel the need to participate. Michelle looks more like she's at, say, Nelson Mandela's memorial.

Is this an isolated incident? Maybe. But then again, Barack Obama and Helle Thorning-Schimdt have met before, and Helle did seem to command Barack’s attention…
