After a Papa John’s customer posted a video containing racial slurs, two employees of the company were fired from their jobs.

The delivery man accidentally dialed the customer and the racist conversation was captured in a voicemail. Its authenticity was confirmed by the store’s manager and the company apologized for their employees’ behavior.

The video was first posted on World Star Hip Hop on May 26 and has received over 410,000 views. Following is the description given by the customer who received the call:

“As an African-American in this community and also someone who has always tipped their Delivery Drivers 21%+, I am disgusted entirely by this conversation,” writes the angry customer.

This is the conversation that was recorded:

“I guess that's the only requirement for being a Nigger in Sanford. Yea.. They give me five bucks there-fine outstanding African American gentleman of the community" (Laughs..getting closer) "Well just tip me this f***kin Nigger. I'm like singing opera all the way home. I was like. "Niggaaaa....Nigga. Nigga-ro! Nigga-ro! Niiiiiigggggggaaaaaaa-roooooooooo!" (Laughs again) ..."Oh my God..." "I got another Nigger song too. It's an old one. It's an instrumental but I put words to it, and its "Nigga-nig Nigga-nig Nigga-nig (laughs again) Nigga-nig Nigga-a-Nigger!”

Papa John’s has also formally apologized on its official Twitter page. Moreover, the Chairman and CEO of the food chain John Schnatter has himself issued a public apology on the company’s official Facebook page:
