Peaceful Elections, Faster US Exit?

Feb. 5 - Provincial elections in Iraq were the most peaceful since the fall of Saddam Hussein raising questions about the pace of withdrawing US troops from Iraq. President Barack Obama pledged in his presidential campaign to withdraw all U.S. combat troops from Iraq within 16 months and has said that a substantial number of the 140,000 U.S. soldiers would leave within a year.Deborah Lutterbeck reports from Washington.
