A pre-med student at the University of Toledo in Ohio posted a picture of her 11-year-old classmate and it quickly went viral on social media.

Attending college is a huge accomplishment for many people, and one boy was able to experience a college education at the tender age of 11.

Cigdem Kahyaoglu, a student at the University of Toledo, Ohio, posted a viral photo on Twitter of her classmate in her college class, METRO reported.

In her tweet, she wrote, “This kid is 11 and in my organic chemistry class, he said if we have questions to just email him.”

In less than 24 hours, the college student’s tweet was shared and liked over 230,000 times.

Daniel Liu, the genius 11-year-old is in high school, but takes classes at the university concurrently.

Liu took a calculus class at the college last year and was the Chemical Educational Foundation’s National Challenge Champion in 2015 as well.

The competition was a challenge for kids ages 10 to 16 to explore chemistry concepts and apply it in the real world. He won a $10,000 educational scholarship.

Liu met President Obama and Bill Nye at the White House Science Fair in April where he claimed his prize.

When most of us were Liu’s age, attending college seemed like a century away and we were nervous, yet excited about our first year in middle school.
