Prince Philip Taken To Hospital With Chest Pains

The Duke of Edinburgh, husband of Queen Elizabeth and grandfather to Prince William, has been taken to a hospital in England after suffering chest pains, according to a BBC report.

Prince Philip, 90, was taken to the cardiac unit at Papworth Hospital in Cambridge for "precautionary tests," Buckingham Palace has said. According to the BBC, it is unclear if he will remain in the hospital overnight.

At the time, he was at Sandringham, the royal estate in rural Norfolk, as the family prepared to celebrate Christmas.

He was last hospitalized in April 2008 for three days with a chest
