Romney Wins Kentucky, Indiana: Exit Polls

First polling stations have closed in Kentucky and Indiana where Rep. Mitt Romney is leading the elections, exit-polls show.

First polling stations have closed in Kentucky and Indiana where Rep. Mitt Romney is leading the elections, exit-polls show.

With one percent of votes counted in Kentucky, 69 % are for Romney and 30% for Obama.

Polls also show Romney taking Indiana with 63% while Obama is scoring some 35% in the state.

Kentucky and Indiana are traditional Republican states.

The main fight will be underway in the swing states.
