Sarah Palin Kicks Off Book Tour In Phoenix

PHOENIX – Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's has kicked off her national book tour at a store in north Phoenix.

Several hundred people waited in line Tuesday to get a copy of "American by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag," and to have Palin sign it.

Some began lining up at 1 a.m. outside the Barnes & Noble bookstore for the event, which didn't start until 6 p.m.

The book is Palin's first since her million-selling memoir "Going Rogue."

The potential 2012 presidential candidate is scheduled to sign copies of her new book for three hours.
