The officer apparently flipped a coin to decide who to ticket.

Someone needs to chillax.

A single Seattle police officer is behind nearly 80 percent of the city's marijuana possession tickets issued so far this year. The officer apparently disagrees with Washington state's "silly" pot laws that legalize marijuana.

He wrote 66 of Seattle's 83 tickets for marijuana possession in 2014.

The officer has been pulled from patrol duties pending an investigation. It's not just that he gave out so many tickets -- there's evidence he sometimes flipped a coin to decide who to ticket and who to leave alone.

Recreational marijuana sold to adults is legal in Washington state but cannot be consumed in public.
