The Italian Prime Minister Silivio Berlusconi cannot help but stay out of the news! Brlusconi, 74, has been in the news ever since coming into power. And this comes as no surprise as he is embroiled in yet another scandal which involves his over the top life style and love for women.

Berlusconi has made no secret of his lavish lifestyle. He has previously been accused of splashing more than $50,000 on specially made rings for the women MPs in his party. In all, the 37 women MPs in both the lower house and senate were given the 'tricolor' rings in gold studded with emeralds.

In addition this, he was also accused of buying opposition votes. In 2009, Berlusconi demanded an apology from his wife after she had asked for a divorce and accused him of consorting with minors, on live TV - he was, at the time, accused of 'sleazy' behavior.

Berlusconi has been long facing scandals regarding corruption and abuse of power, but this incident is definitely another blow in the chink of the armor of this Italian Casanova. It is said that he used his powers to stop Ruby, 17 and a Moroccan national, from a police cell. Along with this, Berlusconi is also accused of furthering underage prostitution.

As in the previous cases, Berlusconi denies there is any ground to these 'rumors'.

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is being investigated over his dealings with a teenage nightclub dancer, prosecutors say.

Mr Berlusconi is suspected of abusing his power by trying to have the Moroccan girl - known as Ruby - released from a police cell.

Some reports say the probe includes allegations of underage prostitution. The girl was 17 at "Ruby" apparently attended parties held by Silvio Berlusconithe time.

Supporters of Mr Berlusconi, 74, say the claims are unfounded.

The prime minister has admitted calling the police on her behalf, but says he did nothing wrong.

His office has not yet commented on the prosecutors' latest move.

The dancer, who reportedly attended parties held by Mr Berlusconi last year, has denied suggestions that she had sex with him.

Prosecutors have not given details of the underage prostitution allegations.
