France has apologised to Bolivia for refusing to allow President Evo Morales' jet into its airspace, blaming "conflicting information".
 
Bolivia accused France, Italy, Spain and Portugal of blocking the plane. It said some wrongly believed US fugitive Edward Snowden was on board.
