Talks On Iran Nuclear Fuel Begin

"Iranian officials arrive in Vienna, Austria to meet with representatives from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and French, Russian and U.S. officials. The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mohamed ElBaradei, was on hand at the IAEA in Vienna to discuss details of tentative agreement to enrich Irans uranium abroad. After an initial meeting he told reporters that the talks were ""off to a good start"" and the group would convene again on Tuesday morning. A plan to provide Iran with fuel for the operation of the Tehran Research Reactor was agreed ""in principle"" between Iran and world powers in Geneva on Oct. 1. Before the meeting in Vienna, an Iranian official said Iran would not hesitate to make more-highly-enriched uranium itself if there is no deal at the talks."
