PTI leader, Imran Khan fell during a rally in Karachi and got pretty injured. Within minutes not only the news but the reaction from his followers to his opponents and friends was all over the internet.
Many feared for his life and health but though his injuries are grave, they are not life threatening.

Their reaction makes sense. What doesn’t is his opponent’s reaction that as politically correct as they may sound, rings a tad too much of fake sentiments:

Indeed, his support has just gone up quite a few notches.
Following the path of his cricket career, he may be down, but he is not out. If anything, this accident has cemented his followers’ faith and well wishes for him.
Regardless of his political standing, here’s hoping he gets well soon and gives his opponents a run for their money!
