Trump told his supporters at the Ocean Center in Florida that Clinton “should get an award” as the founder of ISIS, RT reported.
The Republican presidential candidate said that his opponent’s policies while serving as secretary of state caused ISIS to form.
“Take a look at Orlando. Take a look at San Bernardino. Take a look at the World Trade Center. Take a look at what’s going on, and then worldwide, and we let [Islamic State or IS, formerly] ISIS take this position,” Trump said.

He then blamed Clinton for the imperfect U.S. policy in the Middle East and Libya.
“It was Hillary Clinton that…she should get an award from them as the founder of ISIS. That’s what it was. Her weakness. Her weak policies,” he said.
Trump’s supporters at the event agreed with Trump’s bold statement and chanted back to him “lock her up.”
While Trump's supports look to punish Clinton for Trump's allegations claiming her as the leader of ISIS, it was actually a former U.S. president who is to blame for ISIS.
Former President George W. Bush's invasion in Iraq led to the creation of ISIS, not Hillary Clinton.
In the past, the New York mogul called Clinton “crooked Hillary,” “the Devil,” and is now deeming her as the founder of ISIS, an Islamist militant group.
Along with attacking his Democratic opponent, Trump lashed out at President Obama to the crowd.
“We have a president who is frankly incompetent…We’ve been humiliated by President Obama and his policies,” he said.
His bold statements at the event happened a day after President Obama deemed Trump “unfit” to hold office in the White House.
“President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!,” Trump said on Twitter.

To claim that Clinton is the leader of ISIS is deplorable and clearly a forceful tactic for Trump to win more votes in the presidential campaign.
