Trump's Own Children Won't Be Voting For Him

Whoops. Two of Donald Trump’s children will not be able to vote for the Republican front-runner in the upcoming New York primary because they failed to register in time.

Eric and Ivanka Trump

“They had a long time to register and they were unaware of the rules,” Trump said in an interview with “Fox & Friends” on Monday. “They didn’t register in time, so they feel very, very guilty.”

Ivanka and Eric Trump have relentlessly campaigned for their father, but forgot a pertinent part of the election process — actually voting.

“But it’s fine. I mean, I understand that,” Trump added, trying to shrug off any hard feelings. “I think they have to register a year in advance and they didn’t, so Eric and Ivanka, I guess, won’t be voting.”

A year ago his kids — like every other American — didn’t expect Trump might have a shot. Now their logical assumptions have turned them into yet another laughing stock in Trump’s ludicrous campaign.
