The father of the 2-year-old who was recently attacked by an alligator at Disney Spa Lagoon is now claiming that two reptiles were involved.

Last month, a 2-year-old boy was dragged around by an alligator at a Disney resort in Orlando, Florida.

The 2-year-old's father is now informing authorities that two alligators were involved in the attack, as the second alligator attempted to attack him, according to ABC News

Matt Graves, the 2-year-old's father, arrived at the scene trying to rescue his son, when the second alligator attacked him as he was attempting to get his son out of the dangerous water with the reptiles.

Capt. Tom Wellons with the Reedy Creek Fire Department treated injuries on Graves caused by the second alligator.

Graves refused to leave the deadly area, even though he was significantly injured.

He wanted to stay with the rescuers in assisting to find his son, Lane Graves' body, NBC News reported

At the time of the incident, the Disney resort in Florida had warning signs for tourists not to swim in the lagoon, but the resort staff failed to mention to warn about the dangerous alligators swimming in the lagoon.

During the extensive search for Lane Graves' body, six alligators were killed at the resort's lagoon.
