ISLAMABAD: Two Pakistani MPs entered the country's parliament carrying weapons, lawmaker Ejaz Virk has claimed, prompting interior minister Rehman Malik to order a probe into the matter.

The police, paramilitary Pakistan Rangers and Frontier Corps are responsible for external security of parliament. Security agencies will check footage from parliament's closed circuit TV system to ascertain whether such an incident had occurred.
