What happens when a college party gets a little too loud?
Apparently, a violent police attack.
Outrageous footage has surfaced of a University of Alabama student being dragged out of an apartment and tased by officers who were responding to a noise complaint.
It was reported by the university school newspaper, The Crimson White, that the Tuscaloosa Police interrupted a get-together claiming the music was too loud and they had received complaints.
One of the officers said a male inside the apartment was under arrest, but didn’t provide any reason or charges. When the guy — later identified as a student at the university — refused to go with the officer, he proceeded to drag him out, tase him and hit him with his night-stick as other officers barged into the apartment and detained another student.
The Tuscaloosa Police Department issued a statement claiming that the videos of the incident have been forwarded to internal affairs and a full investigation is underway.
