This is the video issued as a challenge by Anonymous, a hacktivist group to the Westboro Baptist Church.
The church has announced its plan to come to Connecticut to protest memorials and funerals of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting over the state’s 2008 legalization of gay marriage.
Disgusted by their plans to picket a vigil for the victims the Anonymous are waging a cyber war against the hate-mongering religious group.
This is not the first time the Church is planning to desecrate a sacred and sensitive occasion. Picketing and protesting at funerals and other such occasions is a norm for the group.
They are basically a hate group more than a church. An example of their hatred ridden methods can be best explained by their response to the Wisconsin Sikh Temple shooting:
Headed by Fred Phelps the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) is a Primitive Baptist church known for its extremely whacky ideologies, especially those against homosexuality as obvious from their website: godhatesfags.com.
On the other hand, Anonymous is a hacktivist group who strongly opposes Internet censorship and surveillance as well as what they fell to be unfair or immoral , and has hacked various government websites. Its members can be distinguished in public by the wearing of stylized Guy Fawkes masks.
Anonymous’ message for the Westboro Baptist Church is loud and clear, "Your downfall is underway.s Since your one-dimensional thought protocol will conform not to any modern logic, we will not debate, argue, or attempt to reason with you."
Well, it’s about time someone takes them on!
