We know that Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is one hell of an actor, show host, voiceover artist and even a singer, but not many are aware that he can talk about cricket as well.
At the ripe old age of 72, the man affectionately called Big B, will be lending his deep, baritone voice to the upcoming Cricket World Cup.
Yeah, you read that right. Bachchan is set to make his debut as a cricket commentator at the upcoming tournament. Alongside him will be former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar, who is also renowned for his colorful – often controversial – remarks.
Together, they are likely to form one of the most entertaining commentary duos ever, although a third figure would probably be required to make sure that discussion doesn't deviate from cricket too much.
STAR Sports, the network which has signed Bachchan and Akhtar, has released a promo of this exciting partnership. Check it out above.
