Lamar Odom Accident Leaves NBA Star “Shaken Up”

Lamar Odom was a passenger in a car involved in an accident Sunday, in which the vehicle struck and injured a motorcyclist and a pedestrian. While the rider on the motorcycle and the pedestrian were taken to the hospital, Odom was unharmed but still “shaken up” according to a source. Khloe Kardashian, the basketball player’s wife, was not with him at the time.

The tough year for Lamar Odom just keeps going. While Odom was in his hometown of New York Sunday to attend his cousin’s funeral, he was involved in a car accident that seriously injured two people.

Luckily for the Los Angeles Lakers’ star, he wasn’t driving, but he watched as his chauffeur hit a motorcyclist and a pedestrian, leaving both seriously injured. He was “shaken up” after the event, which happened as he was being taken to a barbershop in his old Jamaica neighborhood.

The injured motorcyclist and 15-year-old pedestrian were both taken to Elmhurst Hospital with serious injuries, according to MediaTakeOut.com, and their names were not immediately released.

Odom's wife, Khloe Kardashian, was not with Odom at the time of the accident, according to Kardashian’s publicist.
