While Richard Sherman has a tendency to go off on news anchors, Fox News reporter Erin Andrews has a record of bizarre post-game interviews.

A nasty combination of both is what happened on Sunday after the NFC championship game on Sunday which the San Francisco 49ers lost to the Seattle Seahawks.

As Andrews approached the Seattle cornerback for a post-game statement, Sherman went on an abrupt rant against 49s wide receiver Michael Crabtree, who had a fight with Sherman several times during the game.

“I’m the best corner in the game!” Sherman shouted at an unsuspecting Andrews.

“When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that’s the result you’re going to get. Don’t you ever talk about me. Don’t you open your mouth about the best, or I’ll shut it for you real quick. Don’t you ever talk about me!”

Completely stunned by the awkwardness of the moment, the Fox reporter asked Sherman who exactly he was referring to.

“Crabtree!” he shouted back. “Don’t you open your mouth about the best or I’m gonna shut it for you real quick.”

Sherman is known – or rather notorious – for his bizarre and sudden outbursts. Last year, he lost his temper during a live discussion with ESPN host Skip Bayless.

You have never accomplished anything.” he told the anchor. “In my 24 years of life, I am better at life than you. I am tired of your ignorant pollution,” Sherman added.
