Tim Christensen, a pastor for Gold Hill Lutheran Church in Butte, Mont., really wanted to see his beloved San Francisco 49ers play the Carolina Panthers in the Division playoffs Sunday. So he cut his short, really short.

Churchgoers who are football fans often have a dilemma on Sunday's. Should they attend church or watch their favorite team? One might think a pastor who was a football fan would have to choose church every time. Well, that appears to be incorrect.

Tim Christensen, a pastor for Gold Hill Lutheran Church in Butte, Mont., really wanted to see his beloved San Francisco 49ers play the Carolina Panthers in the Division playoffs Sunday, the USA Today reports. So, as you can see in the video above, Christensen sped through his sermon in about a minute so he could watch the game.

God didn't seem to punish Christensen for the quick service. The 49ers won 23-10.
