Google has made yet another groundbreaking innovation with a newly added feature in Google Maps through which users will now be able to see 3D photo tours of up to 15,000 famous sites all over the world.

Some of the prominent places that have been added by the technological giant include 3D images of New York City's Central Park, the Half Dome in Yosemite National Park, London's Buckingham Palace, and the Trevi Fountain in Rome.

The video also describes the procedure of taking a photo tour which is extremely simply. First way is with the help of a landmark label present on the map. An image in the opening information window will tell you whether a photo tour of the location is available or not.

Other than this the place you want to take a photo tour of can be Googled which will then provide you with the images of the location on your left panel. By simply clicking at the image you can experience a 3D photo tour of the location.
