Samsung has unveiled its newest tablet computer – the Galaxy Note 10.1.
It's being billed as a rival to the iPad, but unlike Apple's device, this product includes a stylus-type pen, and split screen functions.
The screen measures 10.1 inches diagonal and has 1,280 x 800 resolution. Instead of the sides, it is the top of the tablet that has the headphone jack, a microSD slot, an infrared emitter as well as the volume and power buttons.
Tech bloggers have given the Note positive early reviews, but analysts say considering consumer awareness about tablets, it might not be a big success.
The Note is now on sale in South Korea, the U.K, and the U.S. starting at $499.
