In a short movie titled simply, “First Kiss,” Tatia PIlieva arranged 20 total strangers into 10 couples and had them kiss. Not just a quick peck, either, they really kissed. There’s no “3,2,1, makeout,” cue, they just have to figure out for themselves when and how to start. Like any good date, it starts awkward and gets sexy.

Except, damnit, you just can't trust the internet these days. The video is not just for artsiness' sake, it's funded by a clothing line as a promotional:

The participants are mostly actors and models. They are strangers, but they weren't exactly picked at random. It's not totally fake, but not quite real either, and it's to promote a company that is ultimately trying to sell you something.

Still, as far as ads go, this one's pretty great.
