Here is a little something for you all out there from a 50-year-old runner who may be overweight and diabetic but has a lot of spirit and stamina!

One Redditor Demonscour who was apparently really very impressed, posted:

“I need this guy in front of me every time I go running, good motivation.”
“I started training for a 5k. My first exercise was a five-minute warm-up then alternating 30 seconds of running with 90 seconds of jogging for 20 minutes and I only got halfway through before quitting, and two days later my thighs are still killing me. Kudos to that guy.”
