It may look like an episode of Glee, but it’s not.

When it comes to grand gestures, a California-based music teacher has raised the bar impossibly high by pulling off what may easily be the most epic singing flash mob proposal of all time.

Tom BetGeorge, a teacher at Conservatory of Vocal and Instrumental Arts, Oakland, spent six months perfecting a proposal routine with the help of his students and friends.

Reminiscent of the hit TV musical Glee, the proposal involved 100 performers, 69 singers, 18 dancers, 13 instrumentalists, 11 cameras, 7 confetti cannons, 3 sound systems and 2 choreographers, according to the video’s description.

The proposal began during a regular looking volley ball match to the sweet tune of Bruno Mars’ “Marry You” and continued all the way to Centerville Presbyterian Church with BetGeorge and his students dancing, singing and executing some incredible gymnastic movies.

He even prepared a sort of throne for his girlfriend Teri, who seems to be going through a roller coaster of emotions through the entire flash-mob performance.

Check out the video posted above to watch the heart-melting proposal and find out if Teri said yes.
