Dad Films Holiday Of A Lifetime With GoPro Facing The Wrong Direction

Everyone makes mistakes, but this is what happens when you give your parents an advanced piece of technology and don’t instruct them on how to use it.

An Irish man, labeled “ultimate dad” by the Internet, is going viral for a crucial, yet honest, mistake he made while on a recent trip to Las Vegas.

Joseph P. Griffin wanted to document his vacation of a lifetime to the sin city, so his son Evan lent his father his GoPro. However, he forgot to explain his dad on how to operate it — even though we all know parents and technology don’t always get along well.

Clearly unaware of how the action camera worked, Griffin gave a literal spin to “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas,” by filming his entire trip with the gadget facing the wrong direction.

Basically, the entire time he was pointing at the Trump Towers and explaining how it looked the same color as the business mogul’s hair, the Irish man was actually recording himself looking out his hotel window.

Moreover, Griffin didn’t even realize his mistake until after he returned to Ireland.

“So… Gave my Dad my GoPro while he was in Las Vegas,” the son explained on Youtube. “I did not, however, instruct him on how to use it, so my dad being my dad, and a culchie, didn’t know which way to point the f---- thing.”

The epic face-to-camera guide to Vegas has since gone viral on the Internet.
