Daniel Wurtzel’s Magic Carpet (Video)

This is not the first time New York artist, Daniel Wurtzel has performed something ‘jaw dropping’. It is normal for the artist to transform ordinary matter into something extraordinary. Many of his works include a custom vortex and lightweight material.

With his Magic Carpet trick he makes use of a sheet of red fabric that appears to magically float in the middle of a room. The sheet of fabric continuously flies in and out of the vortex of air created in the center of a room.

Daniel has also created a piece of two sheets called, ‘Pas de Deux’, which means a dance for two people.

Strangely amusing, any idea how he does it?!
