Eclipse The Dog Rides The Bus To The Park All By Herself

The 2-year-old canine knows what’s she’s doing.

Meet Eclipse, the beautiful black Labrador from Seattle who doesn’t need her owner to escort her to the dog park.

Miles Montgomery, a local radio host, first spotted the pooch getting off the bus all on her own last week and later decided to meet its owner.

"We get separated. She gets on the bus without me, and I catch up with her at the dog park," said Jeff Young, who owns Eclipse.

"It's not hard to get on. She gets on in front of her house and she gets off at the dog park, three or four stops later. She's been here the last two years, so she's been urbanized, totally. She's a bus-riding, sidewalk-walking dog."

"Probably once a week I get a phone call. 'Hi. I have your dog Eclipse here on 3rd and Bell,'" he recounted. "I have to tell them, 'No. She's fine.' She knows what she's doing."

Well, considering the fact that Eclipse even tries to clean the bus when she’s traveling by licking her surroundings, she sure does!
