I am a ‘cat person’ definitely. But this cat is seriously weird. It is true that cats have a sneakiness to them as compared to dogs. Some cats can just freak you out. This cat here was captured on video by her owner, YouTuber, eplly. Eplly, herself calls her cat a psycho! The cat seems to be spying on her owner! Watch the video if you can’t believe me!
