While discussing Major Mariam Al Mansouri, the first female pilot from the United Arab Emirates, who participated in the recent airstrikes on Islamic State in Syria, male hosts of “The Five” shamelessly mocked and ridiculed her.
Now Maj. Mariam Al Mansouri is commanding a squadron of F-16 jets in the fight against the notorious terrorist organization ISIS.
By all means she should be lauded and host Kimberly Guilfoyle did just that.
“Hey ISIS, you were bombed by a woman,” she said. “I hope that hurt extra bad, because in some Arab countries women can’t even drive.”
However, her male colleagues could not keep themselves in check.
“Problem is, after she bombed it, she couldn’t park it,” co-host Greg Gutfeld responded.
While fellow co-host Eric Bolling added, “Would that be considered boobs on the ground or no?”
An embarrassed Guilfoyle tried controlling the situation but there was no stopping the ‘boys.’
They may be feeling smug about their old-school-humor but the people are having none of it. The Fox hosts are getting some serious flak online:
Oh and in case you missed it a Fox News host referred to UAE female fighter pilot as 'boobs on the ground' not kidding.— Zarrar Khuhro (@ZarrarKhuhro) September 26, 2014
Perhaps Russell Brand was on the mark when he said that Fox News was more dangerous than the ISIS.
