George Dennehy; The Armless Guitarist, Being Different Among The Rest! VIDEO

George Dennehy is a musically-gifted high school senior from Hanover, Virginia. He was born with bilateral upper limb deficiency, leaving him with no arms and hands and was adopted from Romania by a couple when he was a kid.

He has pretty much learned to survive without his arms and can play impeccable guitar, piano and cello with his toes. In fact he uses them to type on computer, to eat, for reading books, producing art work and much more.

During the 2012 Strawberry Faire in Ashland, Virginia George performed ‘Iris’ by the Goo Goo Dolls on his guitar. George was awarded the Tafi Yourtee Scholarship for his performance.

He is an inspiration to everyone and has set an excellent example of being different among the rest!
