A Harvard professor got his panties in a bunch when overcharged $4.00 for Chinese takeout. He went on a typing RAMPAGE - his poor keyboard!
The restaurant response seemed appropriate and fair. However, Prof Ben Edelman specializes in "preventing and detecting online fraud". This small business was not going to get away with "frauding" if Edelman had anything to furiously type about it!
According to Boston.com, Edelman is still weighing his legal options, and deciding whether to pursue it any further. ::eye roll::
