Albert Ho Chun-yan was bored during a Hong Kong budget meeting so he decided to view some “inappropriate” photos on his iPad.
Little did he know that he was being closely watched by someone else in the room.
A politician and lawyer, Albert Ho made it to the mainstream media last year for assisting National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden during the latter’s stay in Hong Kong.
After the lawmaker was caught on camera on Wednesday looking at some R-rated images of swimsuit models during a budget session, he apologized.
“It just so happened that at that time, I casually saw the photos,” he said. "I have learnt a lesson, I should not commit such a mistake again."
(Now that you know there are mischievous photographers around, Mr. Chun-yan, we sincerely hope you don’t.)
