Sam Tageson was born with two heart chambers instead of the normal four. He has needed heart surgery three times, including a week into his life. But Tageson has other things to think about, and he spends a lot of his physical and mental energy on hockey.

"He eats, sleeps, and does everything hockey," his father, Louis Tageson said. "I mean if he's not outside playing hockey, he's inside playing PlayStation hockey. There's pretty much not a stat he doesn't know."
