No, This Isn't From A Different Planet. It Just Looks Like It.

Lauren Burgoon
You've never seen Earth like this.

Iceland is the land of the fire and ice, the land of elves, and even the land beyond the Wall in "Game of Thrones." With lava formations jutting from the earth, soaring snow-capped mountains and vistas so vast you'll feel dwarfed, Iceland's beauty is hard to put into words.

Fortunately, filmmaker Henry Jun Wah Lee lets Iceland itself do the talking in "Eye of the Storm," where the heavens put on an astounding celestial show. Experts peg 2014 as the height of the current Northern Lights cycle, and Lee made sure to capture the frolicking Aurora borealis at their peak beauty.

If this doesn't make you want to hop on a plane and say "Halló" to Iceland as soon as possible, nothing will.
