A YouTuber should be happy he put his camera into the water instead of jumping in himself. Lurking just below the surface are hundreds of bobbing, swimming jellyfish.

The jellies aren't the only odd animal news of the summer. Strange blue sea creatures are washing ashore on the Pacific coast. They look like jellyfish but are actually velella velella.
Their vibrant blue colors are attracting curious people to beaches along California and Oregon.
