The video above, posted by Baarcroft TV features three extreme kayakers paddling alongside an erupting volcano in Hawaii.

It might sound untrue but they actually did it. Pedro Oliva, Chris Korbulic and Ben Stookesberry, who are professional kayakers, had been on an expedition in Hawaii. There they came across one of the most active volcanoes of the world i.e. Kilauea Volcano.

The daring trio paddled within feet of the fiery red lava flows that erupted from the volcano into the waters.

The goal of our expedition was to find rivers and waterfalls in Hawaii. And the possibility of finding a river of lava was so enticing,” said Pedro Oliva.

Oliva added, “I hope people don’t see these images and think it’s safe to paddle so close to the lava because, really, it’s not safe at all.”
